| From: Jaya, Infotech Spectrum [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, I am looking for the candidates regarding the following position:: Cloud Security Engineer (Only USC Candidates & Candidates who reside in Florida or Las Vegas, NV Only With local DL and local ID) (Remote) Soft skills: people person, works well with cross functional teams, adaptable and can prioritize tasks well, takes initiative to get things done, out of box thinker, willingness to learn Strong with infrastructure as code from a security standpoint, conduct assessments, secure coding practices Terraform Shift Left security practices Strong understanding of cloud and security best practices, implement controls Security monitoring/incident response, SIEM AWS CI/CD pipeline implementation Jenkins and/orGitlab Must have skills: Terraform Kubernetes Docker Python SIEM Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures, with experience working with both Azure and AWS cloud platforms. Bash Solid understanding of infrastructure as code principles and practical experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues in a distributed environment. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS Code Pipeline Docker Knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including network security, encryption, identity, access management (IAM), and security monitoring. Proficiency in security monitoring and incident response tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions. Experience implementing and managing security controls in cloud environments, including IAM policies, firewall rules, encryption keys, and security groups. Experience & qualifications required. Experience/Qualification Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Security Specialty, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
