As a QA Engineer, you will work under the guidance of the QA Manager to perform crucial quality assurance functions and support compliance efforts. You will play a vital role in coordinating, monitoring, and reporting quality assurance studies, maintaining a working environment that promotes quality, and assisting in regulatory compliance. Key Job Responsibilities: Perform integration, user interface, smoke, regression, and user acceptance testing for our SaaS application. Create test case plans, test cases, traceability, test reports for coverage, and test results. Collaborate with multiple agile teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications for various applications. Analyze, design, implement, and maintain QA Automation solutions for each application. Review test execution results, document defects, and report them to agile project teams for resolution. Work with DevOps to ensure the continuous integration of QA Automation through the CI/CD process. Identify and report defects, track issues to resolution, and verify fixes in a timely manner Collaborate with Product & Engineering team members in the analysis and review of feature requirements Create test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts mapped to requirements workflow and system design documents to ensure proper coverage Conduct testing using manual and/or automated test processes Execute test scripts, communicate, and records results Update test cases based upon approved change requests Work with colleagues and project managers to meet established target dates and completion of activities/deliverables under changing conditions Provide Test Reports post each release Contribute to the continued development of automated UI tests Take part in Agile ceremonies with the engineering team Must be able to work in US PST hours Qualifications: 5+ years experience working with agile development methodologies. 2+ years experience working with social data (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), as well as operational / sales data (preferred) 5+ years experience in utilizing automated testing tools and processes to conduct functional, regression, and/or performance testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes 5+ years experience with Jira & Confluence or any other tools to organize and manage all phases of software testing 5+ years Experience writing well-defined test cases for manual testing and automated implementation 2+ years experience with Qase or any other test case management tool 5+ years experience working with Javascript/Typescript 2+ years - Basic knowledge of SQL 4+ years experience testing GraphQL or REST APIs (preferred) 4+ years experience with implementing automated tests using CodeceptJS or any other Javascript based test automation framework 5+ years experience with Git 2+ years experience with CI/CD tools, like Jenkins Experience with performance and/or security testing (a plus) Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other relevant containerized services (a plus) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment quality analyst user interface Colorado QA Engineer - Direct Client [email protected] |
