The ideal candidate will have demonstrable expertise in NetCracker implementation and configuration, with a focus on optimizing telecom operations and enhancing customer experience. Key Responsibilities: NetCracker Implementation: Lead and actively participate in the end-to-end implementation of NetCracker solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Technical Architecture: Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient solutions leveraging NetCracker platform capabilities to address telecom domain challenges effectively. Inventory Management: Define and implement strategies for efficient inventory management, including inventory tracking, reconciliation, and optimization, using NetCracker modules. Fault Management: Develop fault management strategies and implement fault detection, isolation, and resolution mechanisms within the NetCracker ecosystem to minimize service disruptions and enhance network reliability. Service Assurance: Design and implement service assurance processes and mechanisms using NetCracker tools to monitor service quality, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure SLA compliance. Service Provisioning: Lead the development and implementation of service provisioning workflows and automation scripts within the NetCracker platform to streamline service activation and reduce time-to-market. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, operations teams, and vendors, to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end-users as needed. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to telecom operations and NetCracker solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in technical roles within the telecom domain, with a focus on inventory management, fault management, service assurance, and service provisioning. 2-3 years of recent hands-on experience in NetCracker implementation, configuration, and customization. Strong understanding of telecom network architectures, protocols, and technologies, including but not limited to IP/MPLS, SDN, NFV, and OSS/BSS systems. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or Perl. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. NetCracker certifications (e.g., NetCracker Solution Architect, NetCracker Implementation Engineer) preferred.
