| Lead Java Developer with React Location : Louisville, KY- Day one onsite Healthcare: Pharmacy background projects with ecommerce projects or healthcare ecommerce projects The Role: Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of full stack Developers in designing and building robust and scalable web applications, providing technical guidance and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using spring boot, angular/react.js & . Implement for efficient data retrieval and manipulation. Develop RESTful APIs, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Leverage SQL concepts for database operations and optimization. Actively participate in hands-on development, writing high-quality code, optimal performance and implementing best practices Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to maintain application stability. Identify and resolve technical challenges and performance bottlenecks in applications. Integrate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the build and deployment process. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our applications are on the cutting-edge technology. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines. Implement and enforce security best practices to protect our applications and data Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past projects involving Spring boot, React and. Extensive experience with Spring boot and its core principles. Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development. Strong knowledge of , RESTful API standards, design patterns & principles Strong SQL concepts for database operations. Experience with Angular and/or React for frontend development. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex issues. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Exceptional debugging skills to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently. Proficiency in version control and leading code collaboration. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
