ROLE #1 Role : AI-ML Platform Tech Lead Location : Charlotte NC (Day 1 Onsite) Hire type : Contract No . of position : 3 Key Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable AI platforms to develop, deploy AI solutions leveraging ML techniques and Deep Learning Techniques. Drive Joint Architecture Design to collaborating with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineering teams, product, and other key partners to gather functional, non-functional requirements for solving AI use case on the AI Platform Evaluate emerging technologies and tools in AI area and do fitment analysis to the Enterprise AI Platform and capabilities strategy. Define and implement AI/ML architecture best practices, frameworks, and standards. Lead AI/ML infrastructure setup, including cloud services selection, data pipelines, and model deployment. Ensure robustness, reliability, and scalability of AI/ML solutions in production environments. Design and implement data governance, security, and compliance measures for AI/ML platforms. Optimize AI/ML workflows for performance, cost efficiency, and resource utilization. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML development teams. Communicate AI/ML architecture decisions and strategies to stakeholders and executives. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an AI/ML platform architect Deep understanding of ML algorithms, Deep Learning architecture, models, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn). Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure) and their AI services. Strong knowledge of Model development life cycle, software engineering principles, data engineering principles Experience with containerization and orchestration tools onprem and cloud (e.g., AKS, GKE, OpenShift Container Platform, Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying AI/ML models. Ability to design and optimize distributed computing systems for AI/ML workloads. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools in AI-ML contexts. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders ROLE #2 Role : AI Engineer Location : Concord CA (Day 1 Onsite) Hire type : Contract Key Requirements: 5+ years of Python experience 5+ years of big data experience needed (Big Query, Hadoop) 3 years of experience in AIML area (MLOps) 2+ years of experience in developing APIs using Python/FastAPI. Good to have 1+year of experience in LLM, Generative AI (developing capabilities or dev/ops) Good to have Experience in developing of API on GCP/Azure/API Gateways Good to have 1+year of experience in Vector Database, Model Development would be added benefit. Key Responsibilities: Participate in developing Generative AI & Traditional AI Platform Capabilities on enterprise on-prem and cloud platforms. Responsible for AI model delivery to on-prem infrastructure and cloud platforms (GCP-Vertex AI, Azure ML) Collaborating with Data scientist to optimize the scoring pipeline. Building automation capabilities to deploy ML Models and LLM Models on the enterprise on-prem platform and cloud platform. Build and Deploy capabilities for automating model scoring/Inferencing of ML models and LLMs. Build and Deploy capabilities for data pipeline deployment standardization and model consumption by multiple LOBs. Collaborate with product owners, devOps team, data scientists, support teams to define and drive end to end model scoring pipelines. Participate in day-to-day standups for platform capability build. Provide SME guidance for data science teams on software engineering principles, model deployments, platform capabilities. Drive AI use case delivery end to end collaborating with Data scientists, Data Engineers, LOB Technology using standardized platform processes and capabilities. Support Production Issues partnering with production support. ROLE #3 Title: Tool Designer Location: Red Oak, TX (Day 1 onsite) Acceptable Visas: USC, GC and H1 (No H1 transfer) Subcon Rate: 42/hr onC2C Job Description: Experience in design & Design modification of Different Production Tools like, Assembly Jigs, Drill Jigs, Location Jigs, and Portable mechanical Equipment and work Platforms. Experience in performing Conceptual Tool Designs. Knowledge in Tool Manufacturing Process. Experience in Creation of Complex Tool fabrication Drawings / Weldments and Sub assembly and Assembly drawings. Experience in Conducting the Tool Design Reviews with Cross functional teams. Expertise in computer aided three dimensional interactive (CATIA). Able to build and manipulate data sets ROLE #4 Job Title: DOC (Digital Operations Centre) and virtualization Location: Atlanta, GA(Onsite from day1) Rate : 52/hr on C2C Duties and Responsibilities: Responding to a reported service incident and initiating the incident management process Playing all roles in DOC such as IC(Incident Commander), Scribe, Runner, POD Lead during an active incident. Analysing and prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and impact on the business Overseeing the incident management process and coordinating with team members involved in resolving the incident. Join and take control of escalated major incidents that needs better control and engagement for faster resolution and that has high visibility to management and that has critical production impact. Collaborating with the technical and business teams to ensure that all incident management protocols are followed. Logging all incidents and their resolution using the ServiceNow ticketing tool Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding issues affecting quality of service to clients Ensure that an accurate timeline of recovery plans and activities on major incidents are documented. Roster the teams for better coverage and to manage incidents on a 24*7 on-call rotational basis. Provide monthly incidents trend updates to stakeholders, users, and management. Adjusting the incident management process as required to ensure its effectiveness. Publishing debrief and 5 WHYs and following up on any actions items determined as a part of incident resolution.
