| From: jyoti, kpg99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Coupa Location: Hybrid, Houston, TX LOA: 24 Months No H1B Role Overview: We are seeking a Coupa System Administrator to support the IT ERP Lead in driving the support and improvements within our Oil and Gas clients Source-to-Pay (S2P) business as they continue their Digital Transformation journey with Coupa and SAP S/4HANA. This role presents an exciting opportunity to support a full end to end implementation of Coupa, as well as define the future processes and layouts as they move forward to SAP S/4HANA. The Coupa System Administrator will act as the business relationship manager between the IT department and the Contract and Procurement organizations. The primary objective for the Coupa System Administrator is to prioritize and drive both support and continuous improvement opportunities within Coupa. This includes understanding the business processes, requirements, configuration, and utilization of the software. The Coupa System Administrator will also work with the SAP team when required to troubleshoot and implement solutions. The successful candidate must seek to understand an integrated Coupa and SAP design in the Refinery business and feel comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Creativity and customer centric attitudes are fundamental in this role. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with ERP Lead to develop a roadmap for Coupa capabilities and features. Work closely with Commercial Excellence Manager and Contract and Procurement Manager to understand business needs. Actively participates in Business and IT team discussions, exchanging best practices to and from site. Collaborate with the offshore SAP Support teams. Work closely with the IT Technical for enforcing infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity requirements. Key Responsibilities: Serves as subject matter expert for the Coupa platform and its processes. Provides L2 and L3 Coupa software support. Manages accounting ticketing system, delegate tasks, and ensure tasks are closed appropriately Responsible for maintaining user-experience (UX) for Coupa for both internal users and external suppliers. Support integrations to ERP and other future integrations with Coupa Maintains Coupa configurations, including building and maintaining user roles, workflows, process forms, reports, and master data setups Makes strategic decisions regarding system-wide changes, including new or retiring custom fields, cXML invoicing setup, content groups, custom approval chains, and adoption of new functionality Works with Supplier Enablement teams to onboard new suppliers, including assisting with documentation development, middleware configuration, and communications. Stays abreast with the latest Coupa functionality, upgrades, and manages version releases. Skills & Experience Required: Experience with Coupa or other source-to-pay technology platform, such as Ariba. Experience with troubleshooting system and platform issues and working with cross functional groups to prioritize issues. Proficiency in understanding complex business processes and translating them into technical solutions.
