Position : SAP SuccessFactors Solution Advisory Architect ( 3days/week onsite) Location: Dallas, TX ( 3days/week onsite) Relocation will work Duration : 6+ Months Visa : Open Job Description : Top 3-5 Required Technical Skills: SuccessFactors Certification Big consulting (Client, IBM, Client or PwC) experience Business transformation or SuccessFactors conversion skill Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Top 3-5 Preferred Skills: Configuration Lead/ Sr. Lead experience Stakeholder management o Minimum experience required: -12 years We are looking for SuccessFactors solution architect who can help with assessment and drive the transformation from SAP on-premise to Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. This person needs to work closely with stakeholders and various teams across the organization during the assessment period. Key responsibilities includes Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering: Meeting with customers to understand their current HR processes and systems. Conducting workshops and interviews to gather detailed requirements. Analyzing the client's business needs and goals for the HCM cloud transition. Assessment and Analysis: Evaluating the client's existing HR systems and identifying gaps. Assessing the feasibility and impact of moving to an HCM cloud solution. Conducting a cost-benefit analysis to demonstrate potential ROI. Develop comprehensive process maps and document key requirements and change impacts. Review current integrations and analyze the future integrations. Solution Recommendation and planning Recommending best practices and optimal configurations for the HCM cloud platform. Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Developing a comprehensive implementation plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Experience (Role Requirements): 10 to 15 years of heavy consulting experience along with implementing SAP and Success Factors solutions for Core HR and Payroll is required. Experience within multiple on-premise to SuccessFactors transformation projects as solution architect is required. Experience working with major SAP industry consulting partners is preferred. In depth knowledge and solid understanding of human resources principles, process, practices and regulations is essential including experience with various business functions and knowledge of HR operations. Proven leadership skills in running workshops and the ability to influence stakeholders is a must. Excellent communication skills are a non-negotiable. Broad knowledge and experience in engaging and coordinating both technical and non-technical teams.
