Job Title: ServiceNow (On-Premises Instance) Architect Job Location: Rochester, NY (Hybrid 3 days work from client office) Job Duration: Contract(C2C/W2) Key Responsibilities: Over all 10 + years experience in ServiceNow with minimum 3 on-Prem implementation and support experience for large clients ServiceNow Architect with Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end to end design and implementation Experience in Onprem and cloud architecture design is mandatory Experience in platform fine tuning, upgrades for the On Prem ServiceNow instance is mandatory Experience in custom integrations, platform customizations and Maintenance for the on prem instance management is a mandatory Receive complex input from Product and business stakeholders, translate into requirements, and map them onto ServiceNow functionality. Design and implement process workflows, procedures and technical standards. Design and implement ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low code, in partnership with Product team and other stakeholders. Design, review, and modify ServiceNow patterns as needed. Invent and validate solutions. Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties Provide technical expertise and participate in implementing new ServiceNow functionality. Maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a birds-eye and granular level. Clearly document ServiceNow architecture for use internally. Participate in Agile development.
