Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives). Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Utilize Jira for tracking and managing project tasks, user stories, and team performance metrics. Oversee the implementation of SAAS products and ensure seamless data integration across systems. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure that project objectives are met. Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure clear communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master. Strong knowledge and practical experience with agile methodology and Scrum practices. Proficiency in using Jira for project and task management. Experience with implementing SAAS products and data integration. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the IT or software development industry. Familiarity with other project management tools and methodologies. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in project management or related fields.
