Job Description: Strong capability of analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and defining solutions using MuleSoft /Managed File Transfer focus. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MuleSoft, Managed File Transfer and EDI solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides Create user stories using AGILE framework in tools like JIRA Strong working knowledge on application or Tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins Strong working knowledge on Change Management process. Work with Product Owner and create Business requirements into Stories Create end to end data flow diagrams from source to target systems Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MuleSoft and MFT with Tech team Work with other product vendor and create business cases which shall be in sync with MuleSoft API or File Transfer Solution.
