This team is implementing a new PPM tool across the organization and requires a strong Project/Program Manager with experience in delivering similar enterprise-wide implementation projects. Prior experience working with EMR systems is highly preferred. Active LinkedIn is Mandatory. Education and Qualifications: 5+ years of IT Project Management experience (required) 5+ years of experience in Healthcare (mandatory) Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree strongly preferred) Project Management Certification (PMP, SCM, etc) Experience using Agile/Iterative project management platforms (Jira, Confluence) Experience using a PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tool Proven ability to build strong, long-term professional relationships, based upon trust and respect. PM will partner with leaders within other IT Lanes (Architecture, Requirements, App Development, Quality Assurance, IT Operations, Learning & Development, and Risk & Security) to deliver individual project solutions. PM is not expected to have in-depth technical knowledge in other IT Lanes, but needs to demonstrate servant leadership & have excellent communication skills. PM will have primary responsibility over project budget, project schedule, and delivery of overall project scope. Responsible for leading IT Project Team - including mentoring/coaching/recognizing excellence/addressing conflict to manage a geographically diverse team of IT professionals. Manages end-to-end delivery of 2-4 large-scale, complex IT projects at any given time Leads IT Project team, composed of both Teammates (Employees) and Guest Teammates (Contractors) Collaborates with senior stakeholders within IT and Business to clearly articulate scope boundaries and quantify business value to be delivered Represents the project in various governance meeting and inter-departmental forums Manages all aspects of the project lifecycle and oversees project delivery within our Project Delivery framework Manages project scope, schedule and budget, to ensure IT commitments are met within established time, cost and quality parameters. In collaboration with the Project Leadership Team, PM composes and publishes the project charter. In collaboration with the Project Leadership Team, PM creates and maintains the project schedule. PM submits and manages project change requests (PCRs) as needed. PM Develops and implements project communication plan. PM regularly reports project status. PM is single accountable party to manage and report upon project budget. Validates financial forecasts from lane leads. Tracks actual spend, accruals and forecast spend. Publishes monthly budget forecasts. Manages variance between planned and actual spend. Manages budget contingency. Approves project labor. In partnership with lane leads, created and maintains project staffing plan. Proactively manages project risks, issues. Identifies and resolves blockers raised by project team. Appropriately escalates project issues to Project Sponsor, PMO Leadership and ultimately to IT Sr Leadership as needed, to keep projects on-track.
