This role will help interface with cross-functional technical and non-technical leadership in evangelizing key technologies we design, build, and offer as services internally and externally for developers and customers. Job Description: Architect, develop, own, and maintain core features and services that involve backend technologies in an AWS environment. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Work with modern containerization (& cloud) technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Engage in technical planning, design, development, and code reviews including peer code review of Pull Requests Stay current with emerging trends, making recommendations as needed to help the organization innovate. Stay current with emerging trends, making recommendations as needed to help the organization innovate. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a related field. Proven experience as a backend engineer or similar role 5+ years of work-related experience in technology research, large-scale, highly available software development/architecture, and/or communications industry network standards. Domain expertise in telecommunications, identity auth-n, auth-z architectures, and understanding of software and services in a regulated industry. Experience with modern System programming and Deep Learning software architecture and frameworks. Golang, and Python programming skills. 3+ years of experience working with a major cloud platform (we're on AWS).
