Key Responsibilities Daily Incident Management: Perform daily triage of DLP incidents, adhering to standard response protocols, and ensuring timely resolution of alerts and reduction of false positives. Data Monitoring: Monitor the movement of sensitive Company data across various platforms using advanced DLP and other monitoring systems. Escalation and Case Management: Escalate complex incidents promptly to the investigations team and Leadership by generating cases within the case management system. Education and Awareness: Develop and distribute educational communications to associates responsible for low-level incidents, promoting a culture of data security awareness. Reporting and Documentation: Create and deliver periodic reports and documentation to support stakeholder meetings and internal audits. Produce and maintain accurate daily and monthly activities and status reports. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Experience in data loss prevention, information security, or a similar domain. Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets such as user activity, admin, and audit logs to identify potential security incidents before they escalate. Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of data protection tools and monitoring systems, such as Microsoft Purview. Analysis of data and file movement in the Microsoft 365 platform (Office, Outlook, Teams), including various back-end data repositories (Power Platform, Dataverse). Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of data protection and compliance standards. Communication Skills: Strong English language communication skills for creating reports and educating associates on data security best practices. Soft Skills: Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and ability to work under pressure. Keen ability to generate an overall understanding of a series of events involving human decisions, emotions, and business processes. Collaboration: Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with a keen sense of ownership and accountability.
