Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including ServicePortal, UI/UX, and workflow design. Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and mentorship to the development team. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Perform hands-on development, including scripting, configuration, and integration with external systems. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes. Adhere to security best practices and compliance standards. Provide project management and leadership for multiple, complex initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of software development experience. 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including ServiceNow process workflows. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and other JavaScript frameworks. In-depth knowledge of the Glide technology stack. Experience with Agile methodologies (Jira). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
