| Job Title: Salesforce BA/ Product Owner Experience : 10+ Years Location: Santa Clara , CA Hybrid Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst or Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, including CPQ and PRM, and experience in process documentation, automation, and digital transformations. You will work closely with Product Managers, business partners, and cross-functional teams to document product requirements, develop user stories, and manage the UAT process. Your ability to influence, build consensus, and communicate effectively will be key to the success of our product initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Engage with Product Managers: Collaborate with Product Managers to understand and document product requirements, ensuring they align with strategic goals and business needs. Process Documentation & Improvement: Assist in documenting cross-functional business requirements, develop user stories, and define standardized processes to enhance product management efficiency. Business Requirements & User Stories: Convert business requirements into clear and actionable user stories for development teams. Ensure traceability of product goals through the organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build consensus among cross-functional leads on business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Testing & UAT Management: Partner with QA teams to leverage automation for regression testing, define test scenarios, and manage UAT execution. Coordinate between business testers and IT development teams to ensure timely execution and sign-off of test scenarios. Strategic Process Definition: Define strategic, core, and support processes that span functional and organizational boundaries. Identify external entities interacting with the business and describe the people, resources, and controls involved in these processes. Tool Utilization: Utilize tools like Confluence and JIRA to manage documentation and project tracking effectively. Work within Salesforce, Steelbrick CPQ, or Salesforce PRM environments as required. Required Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner. Proven experience with Salesforce, Steelbrick CPQ, or Salesforce PRM. Experience with process documentation, automation, and digital transformations impacting Partners, Channels, and Distributors. Technical Skills: Strong skills in writing user stories and converting business requirements into actionable development tasks. Working knowledge of systems supporting high-technology business processes for Partners/Channels/Distributors. Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques. Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, and Google Suite of Productivity Tools. Knowledge of PMP and SCRUM methodologies (certifications desired). Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization. Business Acumen: A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business, with an understanding of strategy, processes, and enabling technologies. Ability to recognize structural issues, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies within an organization. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: PMP, SCRUM certifications are highly desired. Education: College diploma or university degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
