They are doing custom development so the Apex/Lightning piece is the key. Salesforce DX experience is a plus as well. (Salesforce DX, or Salesforce Developer Experience, is a Salesforce product in the App cloud that allows users to develop and manage Salesforce apps throughout the entire platform in a more direct and efficient way) Requirements: At least 3-5 years of Salesforce (Apex/Lightning) development experience; 5+ years preferred. Strong people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical IT stakeholders. Ability to work in a team environment under the direction of a technical lead. Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units. The selected candidate is subject to a background investigation by the government and must be able to meet the requirements to hold a position of public trust.
