The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our ACI environment. The Cisco ACI Engineer will work closely with network architects, operations teams, and other IT professionals to ensure that our network infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and deploy Cisco ACI solutions to support application-centric data center networks. Manage and maintain the ACI fabric, including policy creation, tenant management, and endpoint configuration. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to ACI, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Integrate Cisco ACI with other network and cloud environments, ensuring seamless connectivity and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ACI deployments with business and application requirements. Provide technical support and expertise to resolve complex issues within the ACI environment. Document configurations, procedures, and network changes for operational and audit purposes. Stay current with the latest advancements in Cisco ACI and related technologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Cisco ACI Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Cisco ACI architecture, components, and best practices. Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco ACI, including APIC, fabric switches, and policy management. Experience with network troubleshooting and performance monitoring tools. Familiarity with data center networking concepts, including VLANs, VXLAN, BGP, and OSPF. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant Cisco certifications such as CCNP Data Center, CCIE Data Center, or similar are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with network automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting). Knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid cloud integration with Cisco ACI. Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) and related technologies. Experience in large-scale data center environments.
