ISIM/ISAM Management : Oversee and manage IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) and IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) environments, ensuring seamless integration with ISVA. Security Architecture: Design and implement security solutions that integrate with existing infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Configure and manage MFA solutions to enhance security across all access points. ARO Implementation: Apply knowledge of Access Risk Optimization (ARO) to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring optimal access control. WebGateway Configuration: Implement and maintain secure WebGateway solutions, providing secure access to web applications. SOA Security: Ensure that the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is secured against potential threats and vulnerabilities. SAML Integration: Configure and manage SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline user authentication across platforms. Troubleshooting: Serve as the escalation point for complex security issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution. Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the security environment, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and troubleshooting procedures. Required Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT security, with a strong focus on IBM Security solutions (ISVA, ISIM, ISAM). Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ARO, MFA, WebGateway, SOA, SAML, and related security technologies. IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA): Hands-on experience with the latest version of ISVA, including its implementation and configuration. Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex security issues and provide effective solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Relevant certifications in security and IBM technologies are preferred (e.g., CISSP, IBM Certified Solution Developer).
