At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Education: This classification requires the possession of (a) a bachelors degree, and (b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will be verified during the RFO process. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Five (5) years of experience providing IV&V services to California State entities performing the following tasks: Performing evaluation of software development procedures and guidelines in developing IV&V monthly activity and status reports; Conducting risk and issue list reviews and provide risk mitigation strategies; Performing deliverables traceability matrix analysis; Performing system requirements evaluation for specificity, measurable, actionable, realistic, traceable, and testable; Conducting system test assessment and verification; and Developing IV&V task reports. 4. Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience working in a technical capacity on IT projects similar in size and scope to the CERS NextGen Project (project duration of at least one (1) year, and a minimum contract value of $1 million). 5.
