Must Have 7+ Proficiency in SAP MM and SD module configuration and integration. Must Have 7+ Strong understanding of SAP Architecture and data models Must Have 3+ Good Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations, including blueprinting cutomization, testing and Go-Live support. Must Have 3+ Good experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori applications Must Have 2+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice to Have 3+ Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have 3+ Good interpersonal skills Nice to Have 3+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide strategic recommendations. Nice to Have 3+ Experience in team leadership/management working with an onsite-offshore module Must Have 5+ Lead workshops to gather/finalize requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
