Senior Product Owner Location : REMOTE We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our Engineering team.T he ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in product ownership and a strong background in SAFe Agile practices. If you are passionate about cloud technologies and possess a deep understanding of AWS cloud concepts, along with a demonstrated ability to support multiple products, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Lead the product vision and cloud strategy for our Engineering team. Create and communicate clear product roadmaps aligned with overall business objectives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. Prioritize and plan features and enhancements using SAFe Agile practices. Stay up-to-date with AWS services to make informed decisions and drive innovation. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch support. Conduct retrospectives to continuously improve team processes. Apply release management best practices to ensure smooth product deployments. Requirements 7+ years of experience in a Product Owner role or similar position. Strong expertise in SAFe Agile practices and methodologies. In-depth understanding of AWS cloud concepts and technologies. Proven experience in supporting multiple products simultaneously. Familiarity with Jira and Jira Align for agile project management and tracking. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated success in creating and executing product roadmaps. Adept at translating business needs into actionable product requirements. SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification (Preferred). Work Environment This is a remote role, and you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and SAFe Agile-driven work environment. As this is a remote position, you must be available to work during CST timings from 8 am to 5 pm, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
