Liaise with senior stakeholders across the Risk, Finance and Front Office business organizations, and external Market Regulators to assemble execute projects across Capital spectrum. Mentor and guide professional development of analysts & engineers on your team, and continuously improve software engineering practices String written and oral presentation skills and presence Collaborate with and across team to design, build and deliver high quality software meeting and exceeding client needs Understand, analyze, and explain Capital based exposures like EAD / RWA / Large Exposures /Leverage Ratio / Capital Ratios and related calculations for internal risk management and BASEL regulatory capital reporting based on the exposure profiles generated by the systems. Qualifications: 4 years related experience in Business Analysis and Project Management in Capital Markets domain. 4 years of managing individual contributors across all levels 2 years of managing managers (engineering or product) Graduate in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or Finance disciplines. Good understanding of the mechanics and life cycle of credit / market risk domain& capital regulations.
