Handle client calls on Dailly/Weekly/Monthly basis. Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for SW M365. Daily calls with team members to understand the concerns and challenges. Prepare the performance improvement plan for the team members if any. Manage Everbridge alerting system to map the on-call resources accordingly. Flexible for rotational shifts. Handle any escalations or Critical issues on time and guide the team accordingly. Fix the vulnerability related issues in Exchange 2016 servers.
