HI , Job Title/Role Analytical Instrumentation Engineer Location: West Point, PA/Rahway NJ Mandatory Skills Experience in Maintenance and Supporting Analytical Instruments such as LC, and Prep.HPLC, HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, Moisture Titrator, UV, and Spectrophotometer Client Interview Needed for Selection (Yes / No) Yes Job Description Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments such as LC, and Prep.HPLC, HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, Moisture Titrator, UV, and Spectrophotometer instruments. Doing the periodical audits to maintain all instruments with zero downtime. Conduct investigations into equipment failures and find solutions to specific issues. Develop and implement instrument maintenance schedules, SOPs, and calibration protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain a comprehensive inventory sheet of instruments. The documentation of instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities. Stay updated with the latest advancements in analytical instrumentation and recommend upgrades or new instrument acquisitions when necessary. Assist in the selection, installation, and validation of new analytical instruments.
