From: Sonali, kpg99 inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Fully Remote Cultural integrations/ Implementations PM Duration: 12+ months Location : Remote LinkedIn with picture Project Manager Organizational Culture The Project Manager for Organizational Culture will be responsible for aligning our organizational culture projects with our strategic goals and build reporting. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders within HR and various business units to ensure cohesive and consistent implementation of cultural initiatives and reporting standards. Responsibilities: Project Management: Create an organizational culture and reporting plan from existing work efforts, from inception to completion, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Reporting Integration: Oversee the development of reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and provide accurate and timely information for decision-making. Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of culture initiatives, providing regular executive-level updates and recommendations for improvement such as for communication, training and development. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, HR, communications, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for cultural and reporting initiatives. Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to projects and support the development of mitigation strategies to address them. Change Management: Support the development of change management plans for the integration of culture and adoption of new reporting processes, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement. Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to analyze complex data to identify trends, patterns and insights Expertise in using reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Excel) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of change management principles and practices. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
