| From: Manish Kumar, Scalable Systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: COUPA System Administrator Location: Houston, TX Essential Skills: Design, implement, and maintain the COUPA user-experience (UX) at Apogee and its subsidiaries. Oversee all aspects of system configuration, customization, version releases, punchout APIs, and COUPA Supplier Portal (CSP). Troubleshoot integration issues within the middleware in collaboration with the IT department. Create and deliver training materials to both new and existing Apogee users and suppliers. Leverage insights from COUPA Community to maximize opportunities with COUPA Advantage Suppliers and new tool functionality. Monitor efficiency metrics to ensure tool adoption, process efficiency, and spend efficiency. Interact regularly with leaders from across the enterprise to troubleshoot issues, resolve roadblocks, drive continuous process improvement, and support strategic priorities. Oversee non-technical aspects of the UX including design, configuration, build, test, implementation/move to production, and user-training for new features and functionality within COUPA releases. Work closely with IT on integrations between Coupa and other platforms, including problem resolution and system efficiency issues. Oversee account groups, charts of accounts, approval chains, workflows, custom objects, forms, user permissions, and other configurations as needed. Partner with Supplier Enablement teams and IT on all new and existing middleware (APIs, Punchouts, mobile Apps) to ensure a continuous flow of data between internal & external systems & supplies. Own all aspects of employee training and vendor onboarding, including creating, maintaining, and delivering training materials (Infographics, videos, newsletters, etc.) to both employees and suppliers. Review major release notes for COUPA releases and prepare Apogee to incorporate new functionality into the instance and communicate changes to stakeholders as appropriate. Work with functional SMEs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the procurement-to-pay, Supplier Onboarding, Contract, and Sourcing processes and seek to streamline business processes across the enterprise. Leverage existing dashboards and create new insights to monitor, report, and analyze efficiency and utilization data. Make recommendations on process improvement opportunities for service levels, user adoption, license utilization, spend efficiencies/opportunities, and internal controls effectiveness. Support the broader organization as needed for internal/external audits and regulatory exams.
