From: ayush, Scalable Systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description: COUPA System AdministratorPosition Summary As the COUPA System Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an exceptional COUPA user experience (UX) for Apogee and its subsidiaries. Your role encompasses overseeing all aspects of system configuration, customization, version releases, punchout APIs, and the COUPA Supplier Portal (CSP). Collaborating closely with the IT department, you will troubleshoot integration challenges within the middleware. Leveraging your expertise as a COUPA resident expert, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training materials to both new and existing Apogee users and suppliers, providing ongoing user support. By actively engaging with the COUPA Community, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities presented by COUPA Advantage Suppliers and new tool functionalities. Your responsibilities extend to monitoring efficiency metrics to ensure optimal tool adoption, process efficiency, and spend efficiency. You will regularly interact with leaders across the enterprise to troubleshoot issues, resolve roadblocks, drive continuous process improvement, and align with strategic priorities.Responsibilities COUPA System & Related Technology: Oversee all non-technical aspects of the UX, including design, configuration, build, testing, implementation, and user training for new COUPA features and functionalities. Collaborate closely with IT to address integrations between Coupa and other platforms, resolving issues and optimizing system efficiency. Manage account groups, charts of accounts, approval chains, workflows, custom objects, forms, user permissions, and other configurations as required. Partner with Supplier Enablement teams and IT to ensure seamless data flow between internal and external systems and suppliers through new and existing middleware (APIs, Punchouts, mobile Apps). Training & Support: Serve as the COUPA subject matter expert, owning all aspects of employee training and vendor onboarding. Develop, maintain, and deliver engaging training materials (infographics, videos, newsletters, etc.) to both employees and suppliers. Analyze COUPA release notes to prepare Apogee for incorporating new functionalities and effectively communicate changes to stakeholders. Process Improvement & Service Standards: Collaborate with functional SMEs to identify and implement continuous improvements in procurement-to-pay, supplier onboarding, contract, and sourcing processes. Leverage existing dashboards and create new insights to monitor, report, and analyze efficiency and utilization data. Provide recommendations for process improvement opportunities in service levels, user adoption, license utilization, spend efficiencies, and internal control effectiveness. Support the broader organization in internal/external audits and regulatory exams.Qualifications Proven experience as a COUPA System Administrator or similar role. In-depth knowledge of COUPA functionalities and best practices. Strong understanding of procurement processes and workflows. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
