| Position: Tableau and Business Objects (Developer and Administrator) Location: Remote, Madison, WI Duration: Long Term Interview: Virtual Interview Rate: $50/hr on C2C Job Description: Feed Back from Manager: Most of the candidates from the first round posting struggled with the right amount of Tableau and Business Objects administration experience. While they all mentioned it on their resumes, upon asking rudimentary technical questions, most struggled to get both sets correct, either showing a strong experience in Business Objects or strong experience in Tableau. Given this is a more senior level tech lead position, advanced experience and administration knowledge is critical in both Business Objects and Tableau. There was only one candidate who did well on both the Tableau and Business Objects screening questions, but during the hands-on technical test struggled to complete basic functions within Business Objects.
