Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MuleSoft, Managed File Transfer and EDI solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides Create user stories using AGILE framework in tools like JIRA Strong working knowledge on application or Tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins Strong working knowledge on Change Management process.
