Only H1B will consider, and Banking domain experience Must Role: Data Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Requirements : Overall 8+ years of experience in software engineering with bachelors or masters degree in technical discipline. Primary data concepts, strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse (DW) concepts, EDW Data Modelling, SQL (strong) and requirements analysis. Experience and strong understanding of ETL design principles required in building an enterprise data warehouse, including an understanding of the relationship between different data warehouse architectural layers, constructs, and data design concepts. Experienced working in onshore/offshore model; able to coordinate with offshore team, allocate and review team deliverables and provide feedback. Good understanding of database and data warehouse concepts. Should have hands on experience on major RDMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres. Should have awareness of NOSQL databases. Responsibilities: Data Analyst responsible for obtaining, organizing, and delivering on data requests in support of audits and initiatives. work closely with various teams to obtain data requirements, identify data sources, and validate the reliability and completeness of data. Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions, and project strategies to come with the most robust and commercial solutions. Act as SME to business working with them on system and data questions. Work independently and collaboratively, work with team spirit Partner with the business to help translate or fine tune high-level business requirements into detailed functional, testable specifications (using BDD frameworks). Understand and articulate the technology vision and strategy, ensure that technology solution is successfully aligned with the business goals and priorities Candidate is willing to learn technology and troubleshoot issues Review and manage backlog and in-progress items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated as appropriate Work closely with Product Owners, other scrum masters, business analyst and QA to progress along squad agenda Takes ownership to drive through resolutions of issues or blockers, coordinate directly with other development/product teams on inter-dependencies or through scrum-of-scrum ceremony Preferred Skills: Banking Experience, esp Commercial Banking Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss complex technical concepts with Developers as well as end users Should be analytical and able to improvise configuration and code to adopt to new situations Strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new things with initiative, curiosity, and courage Ability to work within diverse global and virtual teams including flexible schedules as needed Good communication skills, written and verbal in English Well organized and can take direction and work independently Strong team collaboration skills Awaiting your quick response.
