| Hi, Hope you are doing well Role: KUBERNETES CONTAINER PLATFORM ENGINEER Location: FRISCO, TX and ALPHARETTA, GA and OMAHA, NE Client: GalaxE.Solutions Job Description What You Will Do Architect, implement, and operate container services platforms, emphasizing integration with Cl/CD pipelines. Leverage automation to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks. Meticulously assess risks while ensuring task efficiency. Analyze, diagnose, replicate, and resolve technical issues reported by customers using Client PaaS and CaaS platforms. Develop maintainable, reusable software from a consumer-centric perspective. Take ownership of unresolved issues, seeking in-depth knowledge for timely resolution. Handle and maintain support requests from business unit customers. Collaborate with other engineering groups to triage customer and business unit issues. Contribute to building and peer-reviewing knowledge base articles and product documentation.
