Looking at performance and availability reports (current and next day only), synthesize and figure out whats good and bad (cost, performance, etc) 2. More modern reporting services. 3. Looking into putting SREs in place to look at bigger problems (some days running at 1/3 thread max, then spikes, figure out root cause). Latch escalations on RO tables causing overheads 4. DB2 stability buffer pools, zparms, zIIP utilization trends 5. z/OS stability similar to DB2 6.
