Only local to Charlotte & In-person interview only Genuine profile only Responsibilities: The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5-8+ years of Scrum Master experience and 5 years Project Management experience in Software Development SAFe Agile Experience Second or Third Level Scrum Master certification (PSM II PSM III CSP) Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) preferred Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum/Lean/Kanban). Strong understanding of Scrum tools and concepts (Release Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown, Velocity, User Stories, Complexity, Estimating, Story Boarding/Mapping, Definition of Done, etc.) Experience with Data marts and Data warehouse Experience leading IT project delivery with experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure, resource management, database design, and other systems support and development.
