The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate, and Alteryx, and a foundational understanding of finance. Key Responsibilities Identify and document current state business processes across various functional centers or business units. Conduct interviews and observations to identify process pain points and positives. Create "As Is" process maps and narratives to outline existing workflows. Perform feasibility analyses to assess the applicability of RPA and quantify automation opportunities, including ROI estimations. Critically evaluate workflows to improve efficiency and enhance RPA and workflow automation usage. Collaborate closely with functional teams and business units to understand and define processes for automation. Gather process metrics to support the analysis of business process changes. Facilitate consensus-building sessions with stakeholders on new business processes. Assist in the prioritization of RPA opportunities across identified functions. Adhere to ITIL processes and SDLC standards. Must-Have Skills Knowledge of Power Automate and Alteryx. Strong experience with RPA tools, particularly UiPath. Proven background in business analysis or business process analysis. Understanding of successful business process analysis principles and change management frameworks. Nice-to-Have Skills Bachelors degree in Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Knowledge or experience with UiPath. Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, and OCR technologies. Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in a related role. Experience with workflow automation tools and methodologies.
