Facilitates planning, team learning in the form of reviews and retrospectives. Strengthening the presence of the team as an Agile centre of excellence. Actively contributing to the organization Agile Community. Requirements: Experience leading change and advocating for modern agile software development and organizational practices. Strong ability to problem solves and prioritize. Excellent time management and follow-up skills. Exceptional Customer Service Skills; pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude; plays well with others. Has thick skin and can handle complaints and unpleasant customers. Experience in software and/or platform product development utilizing the Agile methodology is required. Development experience or a technical background. Ability to lead dynamic, energized and highly creative multi-discipline high-performance work teams. Knowledge of responsive design concepts and best practices Working knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Lifecycle. Agile Leadership skills with an ability to lead by example and challenge command and control behaviours. Must be collaborative in driving decisions. Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle. Strong knowledge of and experience in iteration/sprint-based development is required. Knowledge of and ability to facilitate Backlog grooming.
