Position: SAP Project Manager Location: Onsite Chicago, IL Duration: 6+ months Contract Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Video Job Description: Landscape : SAP Business One 10.0 with HANA 2.0, but some of other business still have SAP Business One 9.3. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Integration Meetings: Lead and organize meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss and manage the integration of acquisition data into the master data systems. Data Integration Management: Ensure that items, vendors, and customer data from acquisitions align with the golden template of the operating platform. Manage the data integration process to achieve consistency and accuracy. Gap Identification : Guide teams in identifying discrepancies between the golden template and acquisition data. Develop strategies to address and resolve these gaps effectively. Workflow Guidance: Provide comprehensive guidance to new acquisitions on master data workflows established by the holding company. Ensure that new acquisitions understand and adhere to these workflows. Reporting and Analysis: Utilize SAP Business One and Tableau to generate reports, analyze data, and track integration progress. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including acquisition teams, internal departments, and management, to ensure alignment and address any concerns or issues. Documentation and Compliance: Document integration processes, data discrepancies, and resolutions. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of project management experience with a focus on data integration, preferably in acquisition scenarios. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business One and Tableau. Experience with data integration and management systems is essential. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address data discrepancies. Experience in using data analysis tools to drive decision-making. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead meetings, guide teams, and present findings clearly. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Experience working in distribution, manufacturing, or food with frequent acquisitions or data integration challenges.
