Location: Remote

Contract:12+ Months

Position Description

Client has been working with a large client to implement ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). The client is very excited about expanding their use of ServiceNow to include implementation of Enterprise Asset Management and Field Service Management (EAM/FSM)
and possibly Hardware Asset Management (HAM) in the future.

We are looking to bring a senior level ServiceNow developer onboard to join our team and lead the EAM/FSM implementation. This consultative developer will help update the client's ServiceNow roadmap to achieve the CTO's vision for digitizing as many of the
School District's services as possible and leverage their investment in the low-code/no-code platform.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Deliver a ServiceNow roadmap for FSM/EAM that is clear and drives customer business needs.

Plan a ServiceNow EAM/FSM implementation that will rapidly deliver results for the client in weeks, not months, with no (or few) customizations.

Build strong relationships within the client's C-level leadership team and with the IT leadership team to position CGI as their trusted advisor.

Provide leadership within the ServiceNow team and instill a sense of confidence that we can meet any client challenge and deliver results for our clients while bringing the team together.

Deliver a reusable rapid planning and development framework to the Client team to reuse with other clients and that can be trained to client software support teams.

Mentor junior and senior level ServiceNow developers on how to configure various modules in the platform.

Desired: ServiceNow CIS HAM ServiceNow EAM training badge

ServiceNow ITSM 3 - 7 years Senior to Expert

ServiceNow FSM 3 - 5 years Senior to Expert

ServiceNow EAM 1 - 3 years Mid to Senior

ServiceNow PSDS 0.5 5 years Junior

ServiceNow HAM 3 -5 years Senior to Expert

Client Engagement/Consultant 5 - 15 years Senior to Expert

OPTIONAL: Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

Architecture and Design: Develop architecture of the ServiceNow platform with a focus on EAM and FSM modules. Design scalable and efficient solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategies. Ensure the architecture supports integration with
other enterprise systems and platforms.

Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of EAM and FSM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration. Develop workflows, automation, and orchestration processes to streamline asset and field service management. Ensure
data integrity and security across the platform.

Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on EAM and FSM modules. Proven experience
in designing and implementing ServiceNow FSM with a Certified Implementation Specialist FSM certification. Proven experience in EAM or Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS. Experience with REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and integration with third-party systems.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HAM

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and ITOM.
