Role - AWS DevOps engineer || SRE || L2 support Role (Datadog, Splunk) Client -- Virtusa Location - Hybrid Stamford CT JOB DESCRIPTION- Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years in L2 support operations, with hands-on experience in AWS cloud platforms and monitoring tools. Monitoring Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Splunk and DataDog monitoring tools is mandatory. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in application performance and ordering journeys. AWS Cloud: Advanced knowledge and experience with AWS services such as EKS, CloudWatch, Lambda, and microservices. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience driving major incident calls. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Process Improvement: Proven track record of improving processes and tools for better efficiency and productivity. Telecom Domain: Experience with Telecom domain and billing applications (e.g., ICOMS/CSG/AMDOCS) is a plus. AEM Experience: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is advantageous.
