| Senior Java Developer Location is New York City (2-3 days onsite a week) prefer local candidates Any visa status is fine except OPT/CPT/TN Rate: $95-$100/hr on C2C F2F Interview Client: Banking Domain 15+ Years experience Here is a summary of the requirements I am working on: All roles have a potential of f-f interview in NYC (or possibly Jersey City) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This contract has an initial duration of six months with a likely extension Key skills: Banking experience (Market Risk and VAR calculations for Investment Banking Platforms), Java 17, Cloud development with Azure, Spring Cloud, some Python Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications - Implement distributed processing solutions using multi-threading and multi-processing orchestration - Develop cloud-based applications on Azure, with experience in OpenShift being desirable - Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and create views for relational databases - Analyze data and perform data transformations using tools like SSIS - Script automation tasks using Python.
