| State of Wisconsin Role : BI Tech Lead Location : Madison WI (Hybrid ) NO OPT CPT H1B Top Skills: Tableau development, administration and support experience Business Objects development, administration and support experience Experience with Tableau server internal/external security Experience with Business Objects security administration Most of the candidates from the first round posting struggled with the right amount of Tableau and Business Objects administration experience. While they all mentioned it on their resumes, upon asking rudimentary technical questions, most struggled to get both sets correct, either showing a strong experience in Business Objects or strong experience in Tableau. Given this is a more senior level tech lead position, advanced experience and administration knowledge is critical in both Business Objects and Tableau. There was only one candidate who did well on both the Tableau an Business Objects screening questions, but during the hands-on technical test struggled to complete basic functions within Business Objects.
