SAFe Methodology (Good to know): Understanding the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework and aligning business requirements with the SAFe framework to ensure successful large-scale Agile implementations. Project Management: Ability to create and manage project plans. Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA etc. Reporting: SQL Knowledge- Basic understating of querying databases for data analysis. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Should be able to collaborate and work with team. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
