| Role: UX Designer Location: Phoenix, AZ Role: The Associate Digital Enablement product team is looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the re-imagination of key Associate workflows involving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Supporting the Senior Service Designer, the Senior UX Designer will create tangible design artifacts to bring the future vision to life. This role is responsible for understanding and documenting the current state experience as well as illustrating the ideal future state by creating compelling narratives which may include sketches, wireframe prototypes, future state blueprints, storyboards, and executive presentations. The candidate will also be capable of providing visual design guidance and contribute to high fidelity visual designs as needed.
