Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred). Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Omnistudio Consultant preferred. Skills: Proficient in Salesforce products, Vlocity (including Omni-Channel), Health Cloud, and integration tools (MuleSoft). Strong communication and leadership skills . Desired Skills: Technical Expertise: Experience with security architecture, Apex, and agile methodologies. Health Cloud Experience: Deep understanding of Health Cloud and Healthcare Payor processes. Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Vlocity, including Omni-Channel solutions, and insurance domain applications. This role involves leading technical design and implementation, engaging with stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities: Design & Implement: Architect and develop scalable Salesforce and Vlocity solutions, including Omni-Channel implementations, data models, and integration flows. Prepare technical design and functional specification documents. Leadership: Mentor technical teams, lead design discussions, and participate in architectural reviews. Health Cloud & Vlocity: Implement and manage Salesforce Health Cloud and Vlocity components for insurance and healthcare processes. Client Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into effective Salesforce solutions, and develop training materials. Recommend process improvements. Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet quality standards and maintain comprehensive documentation.
