From: vikash kumar, gvr infotek [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title : SHAREPOINT ARCHITECT Location: TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA (Onsite) Duration: 6+ months Job Description - SHAREPOINT ARCHITECT Client: STATE OF FLORIDA, AGENCY FOR HEALTHCARE ADMINISTRATION Visa Accepted : GC/USC/H4/GC EAD with back copy Need only local candidates with address proof Need 3 official references and fill a RTR form by candidate Purpose: Internet/Web Architect to direct and assist in the agency migration from on-premises SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365). The ideal candidate will have excellent SharePoint administration experience, knowledge, and skills, in both an on-premises SharePoint 2019 environment and cloud-based SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365), with experience in migrating all elements of a SharePoint environment and extensive experience troubleshooting cloud-based SharePoint technologies. Experience with Nintex workflows, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow is required. Project Management experience is desired. The migration of the AHCA on-premises SharePoint environment to the cloud-based SharePoint Online will provide enhanced functionality with online toolsets, reduce the burden on Information Technology network staff, and facilitate data sharing and allow secure access with governmental, community, and external partners. AHCA will require a knowledgeable and skilled Senior SharePoint Administrator to provide technical assistance and support to ensure a timely and professional completion of the SharePoint Modernization project. : Plan and structure information architecture using established organizational hierarchy. Migrate current SharePoint structure and data to cloud-based SharePoint Online using Sharegate toolset. Resolve conflicts with site collections, sites, data, workflows, and other issues identified during the migration. Convert Nintex workflows to Microsoft Flow and Power Automate. Utilize a post-migration checklist to ensure all elements have been migrated successfully and required functionality is implemented. Work with business units to ensure viable user acceptance testing for all business critical elements. Required Skills: SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online migration experience SharePoint 2016, 2019, Office 365 platforms SharePoint 2019/Office 365 App Model SharePoint server and Windows server administration Office 365 tenancies and domain structures Nintex workflows; Nintex cloud Migrating Nintex workflows to Microsoft Power Automate and Flow Microsoft Office suite SharePoint Designer and Sharegate toolsets Business data connections Navigation and Metatags (SharePoint 2019/Office 365) Desired Skills: Project Management experience especially related to SharePoint upgrades and migrations. SQL Server Visual Studio At a minimum, the Vendor shall: a. Work under the direction of the Agencys designated project manager. Participate in and lead activities as directed by the Agency. b. Work on large, complex projects that have enterprise-wide impact and require subject matter expertise of multiple process improvement areas and mastery of process improvement tools. c. Work as a project team member on one or more projects to facilitate process improvements involving multiple business areas and/or state agencies. d. Elicit, identify, analyze, and document business processes and requirements for business units and/or sister agencies. Translate business requirements into user stories and/or functional requirements. Document requirements and/or user stories and other work items in Azure DevOps. Design user interface screens. e. Analyze the business processes and make recommendations for business process improvements. This requires a high level of understanding of the organizations business systems and processes. f. Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external users and technical resources to translate business needs into technical requirements. g. Understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment. h. Develop meeting summaries, requirements documentation, screen designs, and other project documentation within required timeframes. i. Develop and maintain test plans and scripts for testing. j. Develop and maintain test plans and scripts for testing. Lead testing efforts for each release in dev and beta environments. k. Coordinate with the functional owner and developers to research anomalies, identify root cause, and troubleshoot through resolution. L. Capture and document metrics in support of the user acceptance testing and recommend improvements. m. Assess current testing processes; recommend and implement process improvements, including automation where practical. n. Provide estimates for assigned tasks. o. Create and manage SQL queries and analyze data to respond to ad hoc requests, troubleshoot, test, or investigate anomalies, as needed. p. Adapt to changes in daily work plans based on customer support needs. q. Assist in the completion of status reporting and escalation of issues to management. r. Coach and mentor junior staff. s. Comply with AHCAs Division of IT Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM) standards and formats on all work products. Comply with Project Management Oversight Rule 60FGG-1.
