Program Manger that runs large complex multi-year initiatives with high-stakes outcomes for the business Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in program management within the financial services industry, with a focus on payment solutions. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs or projects, preferably in payment technologies. Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, including card payments, ACH, wire transfers, and emerging payment methods. Experience working in Agile or similar iterative development methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
