As a Senior Consultant within our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Transformation Team, you will be instrumental in delivering successful client engagements by owning and leading workstreams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Technical Architecture: Design and implement robust Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with client business objectives. Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution architectures, including integration with other marketing technologies and data sources. Project Leadership: Own and lead project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans. Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, understand their business needs, and provide strategic guidance. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and industry standards. Innovation: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and industry trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including hands-on configuration and development. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of marketing automation, data management, and integration technologies. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver on time and within budget. Client Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions. Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (preferred). Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing technology platforms.
