| From: Love kr, USG [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Release train engineer (RTE) Remote Contract Job Description: Must have: SAFe certified and Release train certified Role Overview: As a Release Train Engineer, you will ensure seamless coordination among multiple teams working on the same product or feature release. You will facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) processes, manage risks, support ART-level ceremonies, and provide coaching in SAFe and Agile practices. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate ART Activities: Ensure teams plan and execute as a single ART, identifying and managing risks, and resolving roadblocks. - Facilitate Ceremonies: Support PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Release Planning meetings, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives. - Support Product Owners: Assist with requirements gathering and scrum activities. - Metrics and Improvement: Define, generate, and gather metrics for continuous assessment and improvement. - Coaching and Best Practices: Provide coaching in SAFe and Agile practices, and help teams adopt industry best practices.
