Should be able to independently drive the requirement gathering workshops, ability to prepare design, functional spec documents. Should be able to configure the system to the requirements. Should be able to work in onsite/ offshore team model and bring out the results with team members. Should be conversant with the SAP product and must also be able to interact with SAP for OSS messages etc., Should have good communication skills both in spoken and written and must be able to do the documentation needed for the role. Should be a team player and manage the team effectively. Should have Strong analytical skills. Essential Skills: Experience in Sales Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) configuration with emphasis on order processing, deliveries and shipments, and billing Minimum of 1 full E2E implementation experience with SAP S/4 HANA Experience with SAP modules, primarily Sales and Distribution (SD) with some overlap in Supply (MM, PP and QM) and Finance (FI/CO) Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA, and understand cross-functional touch points with MM, IM and FI/CO Experience in integration of SAP SD/LE with SAP TM and SAP EWM Module Experience in PHARMA industry is desirable. Experience in ITALY and SWISS local process is added advantage. Preferable to have experience with regulations corresponding to European Union countries. Focus on Pricing should have strong hands experience on configuration of SAP SD Module for order types, Contract management, Pricing, Billing, Item Categories, and should be able to conceptualize and map various business strategies using SD module. Hands on experience on SAP S/4HANA topics like BRF+, ARM Experience of working on Template adaption with addition of process to the template Strong experience of integrating with 3PL system. Nice to Have Skills. Good experience in handling interfaces with non-SAP applications. Understanding of SAP technologies including but not limited to EDI, File transfer, API, etc. Should have participated in most aspects of the implementation, rollout and support of O2C projects (Configuration, Interface, Coordination with technical team) May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups. Resolve technical issues including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds and defect correction. Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities - Lead the design and implementation of SAP Advance Order to Cash processes to optimize business operations. - Oversee the integration of S/4HANA Advance Order to Cash modules to ensure seamless functionality. - Provide expert guidance on S/4HANA Standard Order to Cash to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Drive the adoption of S/4HANA Order to Cash solutions to improve order management and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement S/4HANA Sales and Service (SD) modules effectively. - Develop and maintain system architecture to support scalable and robust solutions. - Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives and industry best practices. - Conduct regular assessments and optimizations of SAP systems to enhance performance. - Provide training and support to team members on SAP and S/4HANA functionalities. - Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex issues related to SAP Order to Cash processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop comprehensive documentation for SAP processes and system configurations. - Monitor and report on the progress of SAP implementation projects to ensure timely delivery. Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in SAP Advance Order to Cash processes. - Demonstrate expertise in S/4HANA Advance Order to Cash modules. - Have a deep understanding of S/4HANA Standard Order to Cash functionalities. - Show proficiency in S/4HANA Order to Cash solutions. - Exhibit knowledge of S/4HANA Sales and Service (SD) modules. - Have a strong background in system architecture and design. - Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
