Provides support on these systems and responds to outages within established SLAs. This position requires expert knowledge in specialized network technologies. Must be contactable on mobile phone. Will support monthly Saturday maintenance and off-hours software deployments when a timed network change is required. The positions essential duties include the following: Build new infrastructure (data center, wireless and wired network, data, load balancing, voice, telephony, wiring and UPS) including design, planning, risk assessment, implementation, and documentation. Follow procedures, change management best practices, and ensure availability and maintenance of disaster recovery stance.
