| Role: Mainframe Storage Administrator or Analyst Type Contract Location 100% Remote Visa USC, GC Need Only Strong candidates LinkedIn Must Job description: Responsibilities Individual Contributor who can work on transformational tasks, critical issues & continuous improvement of our enterprise storage environment Lead mainframe storage (Tape and DASD) administration with experience in integration projects Plan, design and implementation with minimum disruption to the business, back out procedure, and execution coordination Work with DASD, IBM storage environments in a z/OS operating system Responsible for IBM Tape environment (VTS, TS7700 Disaster Recovery planning, configuration, and testing at regular intervals Perform daily storage management, product upgrades and configuration Review, approve and coordinate Storage related changes Knowledge of 3rd party storage management products and reporting tools with a focus on Broadcom products and applications The storage administrator will also execute all backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and related capabilities.
